Miley Cyrus the Hannah Montana starlet looking all grown up and elegant in her silver Mermaid look-alike dress. Miley’s animated flick, Bolt, was nominated for Best Animated Feature but lost it to Wall-E. Cyrus told reporters that her bejeweled fish scale tiered princess gown designed by Zuhair Murad was inspired by “The Little Mermaid.”
