Penelope Cruz in the November issue of Vanity Fair magazine looking absolutely drop dead gorgeous, which is pretty damn evident in that top photo, eh? The thing that sticks out about Penelope, other than her overall uber hotness, is the fact that she can look incredibly sexy without showing too much skin, which is baffling, but true.
